Ingredients

• 1 lb ground pork sausage
• 2 T butter
• 1/3 C flour
• 3 C milk
• 1/4 t garlic powder
• 1/4 t seasoned salt
• 1/4 t salt
• 2 t black pepper

Instructions

1. Brown the sausage, then melt in the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook to make a roux.
2. Slowly pour in the milk, whisking continuously until smooth.
3. Whisk in the seasonings and adjust as needed.
4. Plate and serve.
